perfect base for exploring shanghai's vibrant parks and landmarks

My stay was pleasant, especially due to the excellent access to the metro and how many great dining options were just steps away. i really appreciated the friendly concierge services that provided helpful advice and directions for my city walks.

After a delightful stay, I found the location to be fantastic, with easy access to a subway hub and numerous dining options. The standout was the breakfast, bursting with variety. While service at the front desk could be refined, overall, the hotel provides great value for money and exceptional comfort.

Utterly satisfied

i was hoping for a pleasant experience, but i got nothing but chaos. the staff literally treated me like a criminal when i asked about my forgotten envelope. their communication skills? laughable! i almost thought about giving them a good review, but i just couldn’t.

Great coffee and spacious room. Internet slow, and laundry took too long to return.

The pool was enjoyable, but the rooms are a bit dated.

Had an amazing stay with friends! The hotel is super close to 96 Square and a metro station. We explored the area and enjoyed the range of bars and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was diverse and satisfying. I recommend trying the local spots across the street for great meals.

One downside was the pricing during peak season. we felt it was a bit high for what we got. Some friends mentioned they found better deals elsewhere.

The location was fantastic as we were right next to a subway hub, making it easy to explore key sites like Lujiazui and People’s Square. My kids loved having many dining options right outside, with countless restaurants to choose from.

My children wished there were more kid-friendly activities around the hotel.

The hotel's proximity to a subway hub made exploring the city effortless. We enjoyed breathtaking views of Shanghai's skyline from our large deluxe room. Dining options right outside offered a variety, enhancing our overall experience.

I enjoyed my stay at Jinling Purple Mountain Hotel Shanghai. The hotel features large, clean rooms with ample windows providing great views. The location is excellent, surrounded by numerous restaurants, shops, and a Starbucks in the lobby. The small grocery store within the hotel lobby was also very convenient. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, despite the language barrier.
